Present to the Future

“Present to the Future” is a project that will literally help you prepare a “present to the future”. A sentimental and nostalgic form of gift-giving, the project consists of a box that is progressively filled with sentimental objects from the present, that embed narratives within, to be sent to a receiver of the user’s choice in the future. The designed application will help in the process of collecting, storing and delivering. The project aspires to be a source of inspiration as well as instructional about the idea of collecting through its different deliverables. Not only will the box be manually constructed by the user, but there will also be interactive and customizable elements that intend to spark the user’s creativity and eagerness for personalization.
