People spend around 1/3 of their life at work and this affect them psychologically, physically, and socially and could be a major factor of stress.Work stress can provoke depression, anxiety, and a loss of mental energy. I have chosen for this project to allow workers to live an immersive experience that will reduce their stress level through meditation, more specifically watching the sunset. By watching the last line of the sun going into the sea, it relaxes the viewers and makes them hopeful. This project aims at being a stress relief project based on the colors and movement of the sunset.
